With the increasing severity of energy and environment problems, renewableenergy is competitively developed all over the world. In this case, wind generationbecomes the faster growing energy generation technology since wind is kind ofinexhaustible renewable sources and no pollution. China is rich in wind resources,butwind generation will be affected by weather and season, and have intermittence andfluctuation, that may cause an adverse effect on the grid,especial lacking of powerwhen in the peak demanding period or wasting power when in the low demandingperiod.Through introducing Storage Device to smooth the output power of wind thatcan exchange the active and reactive power rapidly and efficiently, improve the powerquality.The output of wind power is determined by wind speed, therefore the largefluctuating wind power injected the power grid are flowing. That will cause anadverse effect on the grid, with the continuous expansion of wind power, thefluctuating of grid-connected wind power should be urgently resolved.The structure of the wind-storage power system was made up of wind powersystem and storage power system. The output power was controlled by the controlsystem, while the control system received the electric network management. Thestorage system was made up of the batteries and Bi-directional current converter, thesecond one is the key point.On the base of analyzing the theory of the Bi-directional current converter, thisarticle made the math model in the there coordinate system, and designed thecontroller of voltage and current closed loop control.The simulation results show the storage system can reduce the fluctuations of thewind power output.This paper relies on the Ministry of Science “International Science&Technology Cooperation Program of China”,《The research on key technologies of efficient and reliable wind power generation system》, item Numbwer,172013DF61520.
