The wind power generation technology is the main access to realize the development and utilization of wind energy, it is utmost significant for the adjustment of energy structure and improvement of the ecological environment. Wind drive wind energy convert into electrical energy. Output power fluctuations because of the controllable wind and this will affect the normal work of power grid.According to the wind power definition, wind speed is the major factor contributing to power change. This paper uses the time series analysis method and the statistic software Eviews, building the prediction model based on historical data, get the results predict, validate the feasibility by using living example.Combining with the theory of filter circuit, the paper proposed a new device power control strategy for energy storage, building model and act simulation according to relationship between wind speed and energy storage device. Based on the national grid for wind power integration requirements, this paper using examples to verify the feasibility of the strategy.The paper improved prediction model using Calman filtering principle, the results shows that the actual value and the predicted value curve coincide and effectively predicted the power change trend. Combined with the energy storage/fan capacity ratio, select a reasonable storage capacity to satisfy the inhibition index.
