With the development of power industry technology and scientific perfected, DEH imports technique of Westinghouse, which has been successful. We have achieved the design, moving, maintenance and use of mature experience.From the perspective of power plant operation and steam turbine overhaul maintenance technology, in this paper, in combination with the principle of automatic control and practice of engineering. To meet the requirements of modernization, the subject of this paper is to satisfy the requirement of the power grid, beginning with common problems existing in hydraulic regulating system are widespread, combined with the requirement of modern control system and power grid development demand, etc., to research the retrofit of the governing system of the 250MW turbine generator. Advanced digital electro hydraulic pressure system(DEH) is a flexible configuration of various control strategies, it can be able to meet the requirement of the modern steam turbine control system. In the aspect of safe, reliable and economical also has reached the demand of the power plant.The paper in light of Douhe power plant of 250MW turbine machanical hydraulic governing system exist to large delay rate adjustment system Furthermore, Control system has the worst condition of ate-delay, department set of adjustment, poor control quality, parts procurement difficulties, cannot realize the value automation management shortcomings. Tedious operation, inconvenient operation and maintenance, as well as in the controllability and the control function can has not been able to meet the coordinated control of unit commitment problem, This paper introduces the basic principle of the system of steam turbine digital electro hydraulic control system, combined with the actual situation of 250MW unit in Douhe Power Plant, and discusses the whole process of the concrete reforming scheme. Data shows that the transformation after the unit control system is reliable, and the program design of ATC system of steam turbine valve management system, is discussed and the design.Based on the DEH effect after modification experiment and proves the transformation is successful, the unit in safety and economic has a great improvement and improve, this scheme can be widely used in 300MW steam turbine unit control system.
