Research On Governing System Retrofit In The National 200MW Turbine

The subject of this paper is to research the retrofit of the governing system of the national 200MW turbine generator, beginning with commom problems existing in hydraulic governing system, combining with the demand of modern control system and the development of the electric power grid, discusses deeply the necessity of modifying the hydraulic governing system into the digital electronic hydraulic system.Introducing and analysing the rebuilding project of the low pressure lube oil system, electronic and hydraulic system, and high pressure system,showing their advantages and disadvantages, after comparing their technical index, we finally determine the rebuilding project of the governing system of unit3 in Feng Zhen Power Plant-high pressure oil syetem.The. paper analyses the principles and construction of digital electronic hydraulic(DEH) system in detail, at the same time discusses and designs the automation turbine control system(ATC), the management system of the unit life consumption, the valve management system.
