As the new normal economic growth point, the rural ecological urbanization has accelerated the new urbanization, agricultural production scale, facility development, changing the rural load structure, the load growth ahead of other industries. With the rapid development of new energy, especially Distributed PV, the operation mode of distribution network is changing from the traditional one-way to two-way the trend, and it has great influence on the distribution of power and voltage. At the same time, for the construction of the beautiful countryside, Shanxi provincial development and Reform Commission and some local governments in the first place to build a new distributed photovoltaic method to carry out the pilot, and gradually promote. Under the new technology of energy internet, distributed power supply, and micro energy network, the construction of rural power distribution network is facing with new opportunities and challenges. The effect of distributed power on distribution network and its mechanism are verified in this paper, based on the actual situation of Shanxi’s economic and social development, distributed power development and the distribution network characteristics. The results show that the proposed distributed power supply for rural power distribution network and the influence of the correctness of the mechanism, how to accurately assess regional power grid for the acceptance of distributed photovoltaic ability level, the promotion of the use level of rural distribution network assets, slow upgrading of rural power distribution network investment, and improve the quality of the user’s electricity and power supply reliability, etc, to provide technical support, has important realistic meaning and practical value...
