With the rapid development of social economy, the scale of distribution network has been expanding. At the same time, the urgency of energy shortage, environmental pollution and the safety and reliability of the power of users is becoming more and more urgent and the majority of residents also put forward higher requirements in the daily living environment and living standards. How to ensure the cleanliness of electric power, improve the security and reliability of power supply, enhance the user’s service level, increase the power company and user interaction become the key to the future development of power grid in adapting to the development of the current power system. Therefore, this thesis takes the function of intelligent community interaction system as the research content, analyzes and discusses the structure and function of intelligent community interactive terminal which provides technical support for intelligent residential electricity.Firstly, the basic idea of intelligent community is introduced and the key technologies of intelligent community are discussed, such as communication technology, power distribution automation technology, distributed power grid connected technology, smart house technology and interactive service technology and so on. And the main components of the structure and function of the intelligent community are also analyzed.Secondly, according to the relevant standards of the state, the actual needs of the people and the direction of the future development of intelligent community interactive terminal we make needs analysis. The design goal and principle of the interactive system are defined, and the function architecture is established. And the communication mode of the interactive terminal such as wired communication, wireless communication and mixed communication are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages are also clarified.Finally, the function demonstration design is carried out based on the function analysis and the design principle of the interactive terminal. The function are involved in electricity supply and demand information, the procedures for the use of electric business, announcement, the knowledge of power, community service, emergency assistance, value-added services which meet the basic needs of users and have a certain forward-looking function.
