Research And Application Of Smart Home Gateway Management System Based On Cloud Service

In the environment of smart home,the smart home gateway is the central microprocessor that manages and controls home devices.It is also responsible for data forwarding between a perceptual control layer and an application service layer.The main function of smart home is data storage and device management.The data stored includes all home device information and personalized profile information.In the using of the smart home system,the gateway needs continuous working.When the device fails during use,the information data stored in the device will be lost,that will cause an unpredictable loss to the user.Therefore,when using smart homes,the professional managemers are required to assist users in managing and maintaining smart home gateways.In the process of management and maintenance,how to improve management efficiency will directly affect the using of smart homes.The traditional door-to-door service is not only inefficient but also requires a lot of labor costs.Nowadays,the rapid development of cloud computing services provides a new solutions for improving the management efficiency of gateways.After researching the specific needs of the smart home environment,this paper using cloud computing service develop a cloud management system on Alibaba Cloud's servers to bring scattered smart home gateway data together to realize efficient remote management of smart home gateways.At the same time,the cloud server backs up and stores smart home network data.When the home gateway causes data loss due to failure or other reasons,the gateway data can be recovered through the cloud management system,which can improve the disaster tolerance of data.When using the cloud system to manage the smart home gateway,the consistency and integrity of data between the cloud server and the smart home gateway need to be ensured.After analyzing and borrowing from existing data synchronization protocols,this paper has developed a data synchronization protocol based on the operation collection mechanism to implement data synchronization of heterogeneous databases between cloud servers and smart home gateways.The protocol is based on string encoding and uses authentication and encrypted transmissions to ensure data security.Finally,through the analysis of the experimental results,the cloud management system can realize remote and efficient management of the smart home gateway.The established data synchronization protocol can also be applied to the smart home environment and achieve data synchronization between the cloud server and the home gateway.
