With the development of automotive electronization, intelligentization and informatization, the number of automotive electronic control units has increased continuously, communication network has become an inevitable trend in vehicles. As the next generation auto bus standard, FlexRay has great advantages in transmission efficiency and reliability. It has been applied to the power system, chassis system, X-by-wire system in some vehicles. Automotive open system architecture (AUTOSAR) provides a dedicated network management specification for FlexRay bus. Therefore, the research on the FlexRay network management mechanism under AUTOSAR is of great significance to ensure the the safety and reliability of FlexRay communication.This thesis is supported by national nature science fund and enterprise commissioned projects. FlexRay network communication management mechanism based on AUTOSAR has been analyzed. Based on the analysis of the communication characteristics of FlexRay and the network management mechanism of AUTOSAR, a kind of FlexRay network communication management method based on fault detection is put forward, the network internal nodes state transition model of network communication management has been established, a distributed fault detection state mechanism has been designed for the Error Check state. And the computing method of FlexRay network parameters and network management parameters in this mechanism is provided. Then, in view of the above network communication management method, it is implemented on the MC9S12 series chip, the design of hardware, communication driver and network communication management module of nodes have been designed. Finally, by using CANoe and DaVinci software, a FlexRay network communication management experiment system is established. The simulation experiment is carried out from 4 aspects:the node failure detection mechanism, the failure detection time, the cooperative sleep process and the NM bandwidth consumption rate. The experimental results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed network communication management method. The research of this paper is a beneficial attempt to establish a highly reliable vehicle network communication management system.
