Research On Space Design Of Residential Stilt Floor

With the urbanization process accelerated quickly in China,building lot are made the most of to develop new apartment, and increased residential volume impacted on the quality of human settlements.Reasonable utilization of residential stilt floor can make up the occupied landscape land,which create a diverse outdoor entertainment space and obtain great advantage.However,there are great difference between stilt floor,interior and outdoor environment from the aspect of pre-planning and post-management.Currently,application of residential stilt floor is still a comparatively new field and correlation design theory and method are not complete.This paper is formed on the basis of analysis on theoretical achievement and the on-site investigation of residential stilt floor and then we concludes the principle of preliminary planning,functional space construction and landscape building that appropriate for residential stilt floor design.We hope this research can provide some guidance for residential stilt floor design to avoid several problems existed in residential stilt floor through optimization schemes.This paper is based on the research background and significance,makes a definition of residential stilt floor, proposes research content and method and confirms research range combined with domestic and overseas related theories of residential stilt floor. The special properties of residential stilt floor are analyzed with the actual usage of stilt floor,which contain space properties,space function and design conditions.There stated the special property of residential stilt floor referred to grey space, unique function and analyzed the demanded condition of residential stilt floor.Secondly,based on above research and combined with practical situation of residential stilt floor design,it’s proposed that design strategies includes pre-planning,functional space design,interfacial treatment,greening design and facilities design of residential stilt floor. Four principles which the residential stilt floor design should follow are concluded that contain the integrity principle,the territoriality principle,the humanization principle and the economy principle.Finally,the project of stilt floor design of Rongwan Garden in Yueyang is conducted with the guidance of design strategies and principles to verify the theories mentioned above.
