With the development of China’s electric power industry, the fair allocation of fixed cost of transmission system has attracted more and more attention to users and power plants. In this paper, we focus on the allocation of fixed cost of transmission system in wind power grid connected system.This thesis is devoted to the study of the fixed cost allocation method of transmission system in large scale wind power grid connected system. First of all, this paper introduces the background, significance and the research status of the transmission fixed cost allocation of wind power grid connected system. Secondly, the fixed cost allocation method of wind power grid connected transmission system based on cooperative game theory is proposed. The study shows that the fixed cost of wind power grid connected transmission system can not be assessed fairly and reasonably by using the single index. Again, from the angle of multi index decision making, the fixed cost of wind power grid connected transmission system is assessed based on the dat a envelopment analysis method. Example analysis shows that the cross subsidy phenomenon is shared by the method of data envelopment analysis. Finally, considering the user game, the fixed cost allocation of wind power grid connected transmission system based on Shapley and DEA. Example analysis shows that considering multiple indicators, based on the Shapley value and DEA method to share the fixed cost of wind power grid connected transmission system is fair and reasonable. |
