Based on Beijing rail transportation the phase II project(Former Sec) of Changping line open-cut metro project of Shuiku station, this article builds the numerical analysis model considering the influence of subway construction on the surrounding environment.Through systematic analysis and research, the article discusses the information construction method about the stability of metro open-cut construction and the influence of subway construction on the surrounding environment. And on this basis, this paper explores the impacts on neighboring metro roads caused by open cutting in allusion to the relying engineering.Subway construction would adversely affect the adjacent road network structure, road alignment, road intersection and road resources ect. It also affects people’s travel structure, efficiency and the operation mode of the vehicles along the road meanwhle. It is necessary to establish an open-cut informationization construction method to reduce the impacts on surroundings, such as travel environment, traffic facilities and traffic problems.Based on the established three-dimensional finite element numerical analysis method, strength subtraction method and Limit theory analysis method,this paper obtains the key influencing factors and control nodes that metro open-cut influences the surrounding environments through the systematic analysis of the excavation engineering of Beijing rail transportation the phase II project(Former Sec) of Changping line open-cut metro project of Shuiku station.The Calculations show that the pit excavation along the longitudinal side road would cause bigger influence on surrounding roads’ surface subsidence. Side roads pit excavation has great impact on the horizontal displacement of the retaining wall of the side. Dismantling construction should be regarded as a key risk during the foundation pit construction process. The steel bridges that set up on the each side of the pit wouldn’t cause too large additional horizontal displacement of the retaining structure of foundation pit.To solve the difficulties and key technologies of informationization construction concerning the effects on the surrounding roads caused by the subway open-cut project,this paper raises the methods of information collection and solutions of subway construction precipitation, retaining pile construction and earth excavation during the construction technology based on the Beijing rail transportation the two phase of Changping line(the original two section) open-cut metro project of Shuiku station,It also puts forward the optimization scheme and the key monitoring parameters and parameter evaluation standard based on three-dimensional numerical analysis。Combined with Beijing rail transit line changping road station the second phase(Former Sec) engineering,the research raised the affecting aspects and factors to the adjacent roads caused by the subway open-cut engineering. And also puts forward some key evaluation technologies concerning the impacts on the adjacent roads caused by the open-cut engineering. Among these key evaluation technologies, quality and safety evaluation, the construction site safety evaluation,and highway acceptance criteria are included.
