With the expanding of city scale and the crowding in the downtown, the subway hasbecome an important part of urban traffic. In the course of the subway construction, thedifficult conditions has been overcome by the improved technique, the greatachievements has been made, while the security accidents during the subway constructionoften bring lessons to the people. The main contents of this thesis are summarizingsubway construction hazard installations, analysing the factors of subway constructionsafety and the relationship between them, proposing a scientific and effective method toreduce the risk of subway construction. The research scope is the open-cut subway stationconstruction process as the research scope, the research object is the hoisting machine,and the subway operation safety is researched in this thesis.The main research contents and innovation points of this thesis as follows. Firstly,the present subway construction and the construction machinery codes of differentconstruction standard specification and multiple levels are reviewed and arranged, a listcontaining152hazard installations is summed up according to the constructionrequirements and actual engineering experience, the list may be used for the analysis ofthe hazard installations and guiding the hazard installations recognition in advance.Secondly, the main influence factors of hoisting operation safety are analysed based onthe construction characteristic of the open-cut method and the hoisting machinery’sperformance, both single factor analysis and multiple factors analysis are considered, sothat take appropriate preventive measures in the construction preparation stage andeliminate disadvantageous of hoisting machinery operation. Finally, the rule warehouseis structured based on the subway construction dangerous source system and the analysisof the main influence factors of hoisting operation safety. A case study of Wuhan Metroproject demonstrates the analysis of hoisting machinery safety operation, and putsforward some measures for safe construction operation.The subway construction hazard installations are summarized, the safety influencefactors of subway construction and their relationships are analysed, the operation rules ofthe hoisting machinery are structured, and the mechanical structure and working space model are established. This research puts forward scientific and effective managementmethods reference for open-cut method construction.
