As fossil fuel gradually exhausted and environment problem increasingly severe, the energy conservation, emissions reduction and reducing reliance on fossil fuel has become the consensus of the government and the society from all walks of life. Because the electric vehicle(EV) has huge potential in reducing environmental pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, its quantities will likely increase significantly in the coming years. Such a large amount of EV charging loads will bring unneglectable influence to power system planning and operation, therefore, research how to rationally guide a large number of EVs’ charging behavior and make it good for power grid operation has significance.From the EV charging ways and the basic concepts, this article analyzes the centralized control scheduling strategies’ bottleneck on theory, and points out that a lot of EVs’ charging should use guiding scheduling strategy. After that, we put forward the dynamic-price-based EV intelligent charging mode and load-rate-based real-time electricity price system, and on this basis, relying on smart grid’s efficient communication ability, construct the EV and new energy collaborative transaction mode. Specific content as follows:This paper detailed analyses the main factors which influence EV charging load and introduces the current four kinds of electric vehicle charging or battery swapping modes. Based on detailed analysis of mathematical model, explains that a lot of EVs’ centralized control scheduling strategies have bottleneck in optimization problem solving and communication control, and puts forward that such large numbers of EVs’ charging should use the guiding scheduling strategy which combined the market, price and technical methods.Through the analysis of EV battery characteristics, price signal and user driving habits, the mathematical model of dynamic-price-based EV intelligent charging mode is built and handled in a series of manners to simplify the solving process. The simulation result shows that the mode can arrange cost minimum charging plan for users after learning the users’ charging demand, and improve the users’ response degree to the price.Elaborated on block bidding of power market, and pointed out that the existing electricity price system is difficult to effectively guide large-scale EVs’ charging behavior, therefore, the load-rate-based real-time electricity price system is established under the block bidding market environment, and the formation process of the electricity price is introduced.Considering the electric vehicle charging behavior, renewable enery and load have the relationship of complementarity and correlation, relying on smart grid’s efficient communication ability, the EV and new energy collaborative transaction mode is built. This mode not only considers how to guide EV charging load stabilizing power grid peak valley difference, but also uses the EV charging load to improve the power grid’s new energy utilization level based on the new energy future output prediction.
