Research On Early Stage Of The Approval Schedule Management Of M Project

The early stage of the project application refers to the accomplishment of administrative examination and approval before project implementation. The early stage occupies a considerable part of time in the period of project implementation. In addition to the existing work flow of administrative department in the early stage, enterprise process management of application reasonable methods of schedule management and reducing waste play important roles in shortening the work period and improving the efficiency of application.Schedule management is an important content of project management, it is a series of tube in order to ensure that final project finish.During processing, its main goal is to ensure that the project can accomplish the task within the stipulated time. And some deficiencies: the progress of the traditional management process duration estimation is too long, develop schedule without considering the resource conflicts and process duration without considering human behavior psychological factors, finally appeared delays, waste of resources. Critical Chain Method not only consider the logical relationship between the process, is also considering the resource conflicts between process, security at the end of time together on the key Chain as a buffer and unified management.Based on M project as the research object, this paper first discusses the general schedule management approach to estimate the time limit for a project and the representation method for the schedule, the second compared to traditional schedule management methods of imperfect showing how CCPM by finding out the restricting factors, and determine the critical chain, eliminate safety time, insert buffer steps, such as the project time limit for a project plan.this article analyzes the progress management of M project in early stage. WBS decomposition is used in the process of project application to mark of the work cohesion involved in enterprise, design academy and commissioned assessment organization, optimize and adjust resource in step in turns.On the basis of process management of original critical path, theory of critical chain is applied to adjust the relationship among subprocedures during project declaration. Through setting up reasonable project buffer, manaement node is used in the process of application. As an example, M project has certain guiding significance on the process management of similar projects in the early stage of application.
