While, it is of great importance to accurately assess the current health status of equipment for equipment maintenance. How to evaluate the health status of electromechanical equipment, which becomes the difficult problem and research topic for the users of the products and scientific research personnel. This paper mainly researches electromechanical equipment health status evaluation of equipment health management, the main content are as follows:Firstly, it constructes the framework of electromechanical equipment health status evaluation. Then, it divides the function structure of electromechanical equipment, and builds a simplified model of the function structure of electromechanical equipment.What’s more, it analyzes the health degradation characteristics and status information processing methods of electromechanical equipment.Finally,.it analyzes the problems of electromechanical equipment health status evaluation.Secondly, it expounds the selection principle of health indicators for electromechanical equipment and selects health indicators, and the health status evaluation index system is established. Then, it determines evaluation algorithm based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and electromechanical equipment health status evaluation model is set up. Finally, it divides the electromechanical equipment health level and analyzes the result of the evaluation.Thirdly, it chooses improved analytic hierarchy process method to determine index weight based on the characteristics of the health indicators. Then, it determines membership functions of evaluation indicators. Finally, it studies the feasibility of validation based on laboratory test platform. |
