Study On Realisation Of The Legal Construction Safety Production Management System Structure Based On DEMATEL

The main bodies of the construction safety production activities involving is complex, including government regulators, construction enterprises, construction units,design units, construction industry association, security agencies, labor unions,construction workers. Under the current law system in our country, the main bodies make a legal construction safety production management system which has the specific system structure. The realization of the legal system structure is the premise and foundation of the realization of the legal system function, but at present the related bodies of our country construction safety production management cannot give full play to their legal function, thus it is difficult to realise the legal construction safety production management system structure and production safety accidents happen.So it is necessary for us to study how to realize the legal construction safety production management system structure.Specifically, this paper used the DEMATEL method to study the realization of our country’s legal construction safety production management system structure as follows:1. Drawn and simplify our country’s construction safety management system structure figure. On basis of the legal system structure take the DEMATEL operations,and in accordance with the calculated results to analyze the legal construction safety management system structure;2. Take the sampling actual strength between the main bodies of the construction safety production management system, and then according to the sampling actual strength take the DEMATEL calculation and analysis, then compare the calculation results and the analysis of the actual system with the legal system at present to the construction safety management system structure deviation;3. The realization study of the legal construction safety management system structure. Through the DEMATEL calculation on basis of the random values of the main bodies, take the statistical analysis of the results and then compare it with the results of the legal results to study the realisation;4. According to the realization study getting the key to the realization of the legal system and giving the realisation suggestions: Through the establishment of tripartitenegotiation meeting system to strengthen the union to enterprises and the enterprises to trade unions;Through improving the construction migrant workers membership degree, innovatting the Labour Union working ways to strengthen the labor union to Employees; Through the establishment of the national construction industry safety association to strengthen the enterprises to intermediary association and the intermediary association to the government.
