| As the automotive industry develops rapidly,the number and complexity of personal injuries and property losses that occur during production processes have increased.In the face of potential risks causing personal injury,manufacturing companies need to establish a sound safety management system and strengthen the management of employees’ safety awareness and behavior.This paper takes Z aluminum wheel company as the research object,optimizes its existing safety production management system,and explores and establish a management system model that can be replicated and popularized to improve management efficiency and reduce economic losses.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some methods and reference for manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of analyzing the research background and sorting out relevant theories,the paper introduces the overview of Z aluminum wheel company,the development status and existing problems of the existing safety production management system,proposes the optimization purpose and principles of the safety production management system,based on the work standard method,reconstructs the safety production management system of Z aluminum wheel company,and proposes and develops system guarantee measures that are in line with the actual safety production management of Z aluminum wheel company.The research results will be beneficial for improving the safety production management level of Z aluminum wheel company,enhancing the internal driving force of employees,and reducing the occurrence of injury accidents.The paper conducts an overall analysis of the current situation of safety production management in Z aluminum wheel company,analyzes and decomposes the existing problems,providing support for subsequent system optimization.The original four in one system structure has been transformed into a five in one system structure,clarifying the relationship between each part and the company’s safety production management system,and jointly promoting the operation of the system.Not only have important improvements in the system,such as target management,been refined,but management efficiency has also been improved through the use of online systems. |
