With the rapid growth of the national economy in recent years, the process of urbanization are constantly advancing, the task of urban pipe network is becoming more and more important and has also influenced more and more field, but at the same time old and the new network will lead to the complexity of the pipe network. So it is urgent to strengthen the safety of urban water supply network. Reducing rate of the pipe burst in city network is significance to the development of water supply system. Establish the information management system of the network to complete the systematic management of the pipe network is the general trend. Through the computer intelligent management information system and the basic data of network, we could provide accurate and reliable advice for security warning and optimized scheduling of pipe network. Finally, intelligent information state, Hot spot of research in water supply system, can be achieved.This article according to the industry experts research achievements, considering the impact of the interaction of various network security factors, make full use of expert systems to study the establishment of early warning of urban water supply network system.The development and research status of water supply system are studied to find the security risks factors of urban water supply pipe network. Based on the analyzing of the factors affecting the characteristics of the network security, finding the Factors that can be combined with expert system by refining and quantifying from a number of factors to establish an expert system for the early warning of urban water supply security.This paper introduces the concept of expert system and the structure of the expert system. It mainly focuses on how to establish the two core part of the expert system--inference engine and knowledge base, and set up the knowledge base of the expert system. This paper combined with the research results of relevant experts in the industry experts to study the abnormal pressure of the pipe network based on the SCADA online monitoring system and MATLAB structural trend surface model; In this paper, the inference engine of the pipe network of expert system is established. In order to realize the monitoring and prevention of the network security, this paper study the various factors that cause the hidden trouble of network security by using the expert thinking process of the expert system, and finally get the result of the explode chance of abnormal pressure pipeline. At last this paper obtain strategy of maintain the network security, and introduces the techniques of network maintenance and replacement with effect the city life under the condition of the minimum in detail.Expert system is an intelligent system for the development of relativ ely mature in the agriculture and industrial sectors. the main factors influe ncing the network security can be converted to quantitative factors accept ed by computer. Therefore,the intelligent program of expert system can b e applied to solve the problem of water supply network security.The application of expert-system mainly relies on a large number of real data and the knowledge of the professional experts. Chinese water companies have the necessary basic information of pipelines within its own jurisdiction, and have established the SCADA system to monitor the pressure of pipe-networks. Based on these situations, the warning system based on expert-system will be widely developed.The innovation of this paper is the following three points:The development of expert system has become more and more mature, but in the urban water supply have also not related to the development program, In this paper, combined with the expert system and the network security early warning system, achieve artificial intelligence monitoring to the network;By using the change of pressure value of pressure measuring point, the change trend of pipeline pressure in pipeline network is deduced, enabling the positioning of abnormal pressure changes in the pipeline;The probability of pipe burst in urban water supply network is outputted in the form of concrete numerical value, So that the user can intuitively drawn to the possibility of finding the size of the pipeline accidents, in order to provide support for the development of further decisions.
