High arch dams are usually located in the alpine gorge area, dam concrete pouring construction space resource is very limited, and pouring operation is crossed with other construction work(grouting, lifting, etc.), machine scheduling is affected by many factors. The narrowness of construction working plane lead that it is easy to appear space-time conflict during cable machine scheduling. On the other hand, it often require the dam to be completed as soon as possible for flood control and power generation considerations, which need high concrete pouring strength and fast construction speed. This requires realizing the scientific management to the machine scheduling of the construction site from the aspect of anticipation and response to the space-time conflict during machine scheduling and scheme to adjust.The high arch dam concrete pouring system was studied in this paper. The cable machine space-time conflict detection and adjustment mechanism was proposed. The pouring warehouse machinery configuration calculation model and scheduling plan optimization model were established, which can provide more reasonable mechanical scheduling scheme to engineering technicians before concrete pouring of dam construction. This paper focuses on the following issues:1)In deep analysis of construction technology and characteristics of high arch dam concrete pouring system, and its construction process, operation mechanism, and various factors and constraints for concrete construction quality with progress, the optimization goal of the concrete placement machine scheduling and simulation is made clear on the basis of these factors.2)We consider the main casting machinery for high arch dam construction as the research point, and determine the cable machine station distance and safety distance through the finished casting information for building engineering. In addition, we make the thorough analysis in the process of the conflict of time and space for cable machine scheduling.3)To get casting piece form parameter, 3d model of high arch dam should be established and dam body should be split. Make analysis of factors that influence the total tasting time of the casting pieces, and build various casting piece that could satisfy the requirement of construction schedule and other mechanical model for calculating the configuration.4)Establish a simulation optimization model of the high arch dam cable machine construction machinery scheduling. Seek the best machine scheduling scheme for project construction intensity, machine utilization and comprehensive optimal balance, which is under the premise of fully meeting the requirements of the construction organization design objectives and the time and space collision of the cable machine.
