| Relevant researches show that 90%~95% of the production process in manufacturing workshops is in the state of waiting or transportation,so establish a flexible and efficient logistics scheduling system is significant,which can facilitate the coordination the process,station and resources in production time and space,and improve the efficiency of the workshop logistics system.As a major logistics equipment,the crane is responsible for the matching,connection and regulation production activities.Therefore,the scheduling management of the crane can promote the efficiency and flexibility of production,and for production scheduling implementation as well.The company S is a mechanical equipment manufacturer.The company focus on the research,development and production of gearboxes.In the gearbox production workshops,the mainly process includes: Assembly,Testing,Cleaning,Painting and Final-assembly.The connection of process is accompanied by various forms of logistics transportation such as crane transportation,land cattle transportation and forklift transportation,which plays an important role in effectively regulating the production process.The crane integrates the functions of loading,lifting and transportation,undertaking more than 80% of the lifting tasks in the gearbox production process,and becomes the most important logistics equipment in the workshop.Therefore,a reasonable crane scheduling plays a key role in regulating the production process and improving the overall workshop production efficiency.In this paper,take the crane scheduling of Assembly station in gearbox production as the research object.By analyzing the crane layout,lifting characteristics and lifting constraints,establish a crane scheduling model and set the waiting time of all station as the objective function.Firstly,based on the genetic algorithm to study the static scheduling of the crane in the gearbox workshop.Secondly,based on the heuristic scheduling rules to design several different dynamic scheduling rules to realize the reasonable crane operation and reduce the station waiting time as well. |
