| Cable-arch structure is a new kind of prestressed cable and arch hybrid form structure.Through the reasonable arrangement of prestressed cable in pure arch structure,give full play to the donor of the compressive and tensile properties of the cable,to improve the structure of the bearing performance,and the existence of the cable can restrict the deformation of the donor,improve the stiffness of the structure.In this paper,a new type of cable-arch structure-inner concave cable-arch structure with V shape web members is studied.The cable-arch is divided into three classes by the distribution of the cable forces and in the form of cable and strut connecting node:one pretension type(all the cables with the same pretension),several pretension type(the cables with different pretensions)and sliding type.In type a tension cable arch paragraphs cable of cable force is equal in tensioning construction phase,the completed under the load of no longer equal,this structure tensioning construction more convenient.For many time tension type cable-arch in the completed stage of tensioning construction and load are not equal.For sliding type cable-arch and lasso poles link node through the pulley,to ensure that cable sliding,in each phase are equal,this structure in comparison with other cable-arch structure performance is poorer,this article is not to do research.According to different span ratio,respectively,set up many times tension and a tension cable-arch structure finite element model and the corresponding pure arch structure,respectively to its strength,stiffness,compares the bearing reaction force and stability study,the results show that,cable-arch structure of the mechanical properties are better than the corresponding pure arch structure,many times tension type cable arch structure mechanics performance is better than that of type a tensioned cable arch structure.This paper proposes a new method of tensioning construction simulation-optimization algorithm,the method of three kinds tensioned prestressed structure construction simulation,and comparing with tension compensation method to calculate the results,in tension compensation method and the method can satisfy the conditions set by the error precision tensioning construction simulation,but the optimization method is faster.The method is used herein vector chapter span ratio of 0.3 times tension-type cable-arch structure construction tension simulation.The results show that this method can meet the conditions required for the error type cable tension arch structure construction simulation.Within the inner concave cable-arch structure with V shape web members has carried on the experimental study.There are established pure arch,a tensioning type,sliding type and type tensioning cable arch experimental.By the experimental results can be obtained:basic experimental measurements and the calculated value,this calculation model assumes that reasonable,simulation of the actual structure can be accurately.Cable stiffness of arch structure and mechanical properties are better than of pure arch structure,half span load is adverse to the structure of the stress and deformation is more.Pretension size for structure has a great influence on the stiffness,strength and stability. |
