Aviation engine is the heart of the aircraft, its technical level is decided to aircraft flight performance and combat capability, one of the important factors is the development of military aircraft and large aircraft project of one of the main technical bottlenecks. Aircraft engine source in our country is mainly rely on imports, to break the situation better improve aircraft flight performance in our country, to develop high performance aircraft engine is currently the trend of The Times. This paper mainly studied the different inlet boundary conditions and different guide plate the effects of the structure of burner combustion numerical simulation to get the following main conclusions:(1) in different fuel into velocity inlet boundary conditions, with the increase of fuel into the speed, the maximum speed of burner internal processes and increase, and the temperature increases after the first down, burning at speed of 20 m/s is higher, the concentration of NOx is lower after the increase, first in the 20 m/s when the concentration is relatively low, in order to make the burner combustion best effect, you can pick and choose the fuel into the speed in 20 m/s.(2) under different air supply velocity inlet boundary conditions, with the improvement of supply air velocity, burner internal processes to a constant, the maximum speed of temperature increased with the increase of speed increase, the speed of 15 m/s when combustion is higher, the concentration of NOx is lower after the increase, first in 10 m/s when the concentration is relatively low, comprehensive consideration of factors such as economy, in order to make the burner combustion best effect, you can pick and choose the supply air rate of 10 m/s.(3) the effect of different guide plate structure on combustion will produce significantly different, one of the biggest diamond guide plate can make the burner produces speed, the highest internal temperature of the burner is diamond guide plate structure, the lowest NOx concentration is triangular guide plate structure, considering the influence factors of three aspects, in order to make the burner combustion best effect, can choose the diamond guide plate structure.Different sizes of diamond guide plate(4) on the cases of numerical simulation for the burner combustion effect found that when the aspect ratio of 3 can make the burner produces maximum speed, when the aspect ratio of 2.5, the temperature of the burner fuel combustion to produce the highest, and on the aspect ratio of 2.5, the lowest NOx concentration, in order to make the burner combustion best effect, can choose the aspect ratio of 2.5.
