Friction and wear has been restricting the sustainable development of global industry, it’s an important source of energy crisis.And aerospace equipment, agricultural equipment, rail transportation, marine, energy and chemical industry equipment,metallurgical machinery, automobile industry are the key of the friction and wear, the automobile industry shares the largest proportion. Also, cylinder hole-piston ring is the most important friction pair of internal combustion engine. The effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction is good. Cylinder hole laser surface micro-texture technology is the way to reduce energy and emissions, which is one of advanced surface technology.Cylinder hole laser micro-texture technology involves in all kinds of the lubrication theories. All sorts of bench test results have shown that the lubrication of anti-friction effect was remarkable. However, the mechanism of interaction between laser and material, surface texture to improve the mechanical efficiency were lack of system concludes. Industrial applications of partition alienation design criterion and single pulse interval are still need further improvement.The laser micro-texture plane needs to be built on the basis of the prototype device. The testing equipment of micro texture cylinder hole need to be exploited. The stability and reliability of the machining process and machining equipment are lacking of evaluation system. New products need a intelligent platform to match marketing.Aiming at researching some key problems on the above, the main content of this article are as follows:Firstly, the mechanism and process between laser and material have been detailed analyzed, which can guide to find a way to divide the area of laser micro-texture. Also,the technology of alienation partition and single pulse interval were proposed. And then the necessity of numerical control mechanical honing process was demonstrated.Through the process test, we were sure of parameter and others based on the mirror process and polishing process.Secondly, using a four-cylinder gasoline engine as the research object, and the equipment layout of industrialization should be confirmed. Also, we carried out the development of the laser micro texture honing equipment and CNC machinery device.Based on the four main modules of optical, mechanical, electrical, and control, we system integrated the equipment of laser micro texture. Then based on the four key modules of mechanical, hydraulic, auxiliary,and control, we system integrated the equipment of CNC machinery honing gear, which has different mode of manual,semiautomatic, automatic control processing with German BECKOFF system.Thirdly, by measuring and analyzing the surface quality problems of laser micro texture, we put forward the principle of measurement of the new type of micro texture surface morphology. On the basis of one-piece on-line, detection device was designed.There were three parts of measuring device, including motion control, positioning clamping and measuring. Through displayed and analyzed the measuring data, we also fit surface of cylinder hole laser micro-texture with 3D point, which were verified the accuracy and rapidity of the distributed measuring system.Fourthly, based on the processing quality fluctuation of the intrinsic and extrinsic,we need to strengthen the quality of the machining process planning, quality assurance and quality control. This paper introduced the basic theory of quality system, and evaluated the machine capability and process capability. At last, evaluation results was conformed to the requirements of the basic quality theory.At last, in order to speed up the automobile engine industry industrialization of laser micro texture technology, we built market promotion platform which was an important link between the enterprise and the customer. Based on the three modules horizontal dimensions, vertical dimensions and comprehensive evaluation, this paper established an eCATALOGsolutions platform, which was a intelligent industrial chain to meet the market demand.
