The thesis comprehensively analysis the asphalt pavement bonding properties around domestic and international profile,and the influence of pavement bonding properties of a variety of subjective and objective factors were summarized and analyzed,made of coarse aggregate surface texture is a surface micro-structure bonding performance one of key influence factors,and put forward the non-contact laser measurement method to measure the surface texture of the coarse aggregate. Compared with the traditional contact measurement method,the laser triangulation measurement system has the characteristics of high accuracy, fast measurement speed, simple structure and so on.This paper investigates the influence pivotal factors from fundamental reason,and put forward betterment project. The main work is:Frist,measuring optical system design. Comparative analysis of the two kinds of triangulation incident light way,choose the direct lighting method which suitable for coarse aggregate surface texture measurement. Demonstrated the availability of triangulation equipment by deducing the Sheimpflug. Since the relation of output and in put,we realized that system was nonlinear. A set of reliable system parameters are achieved by means of optimized calculation in Matlab considering the actual system requirement. And some important component such as light source,CCD linear array and A/D converter are selected according to the optimized parameters.Secondly,use average filter to treat the original images collected by CDD in order to gain more stable signals. Further research based on linear interpolation square weighted quality method algorithm,improve the linear CCD flare subdivision positioning accurary. Through the analysis on the linear CCD imaging laser flare characteristics of common gray quality analysis method,combining qualitative method to improve the development of the two algorithm based on linear interpolation square weighted mass method. Through the Matalab simulation analysis theory,and has been in the laboratory test conditions,the experimental results show the algorithm is better than other several subdivision algorithm is more accurate measurement,the results are more stable.Last,based on the principle of trigonometry measuring,research the factors of influence measuring precision. Analyzing main factors form the influence causation angles. And above this find resolve scheme. Minis circumstance change and parameter error influence.
