Research On The Village Planning In Binzhou Town Of Binyang County, Guangxi

At the end of 2010, the government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region took action for township-village planning. From 2011 to 2013, focusing on basic coverage of township-village planning, township-village planning had been carried on to promote township-village planning and village governance, perfect construction management system of township-village planning, which would achieve harmonious development of urban-rural economy and environment. After three years’ s effort, the approvals of system planning, village overall planning, central village planning and natural village planning above 50 family along main roads had been completed, which made the township-village planning and construction in accordance with the law, and achieved the long-range goal for scientific planning, sound mechanism, comprehensive function, land consolidation, beautiful environment, distinctive village visage and harmonious development between human and nature. At the background, village planning has important guiding significance for village construction and management, and determines to the village’s future. Village planning should concentrate on problems occurred in planning and implementation continuously, and be revised timely as policy measure has been changed. The village planning of Binyang County in Guangxi is at the starting and exploring stage. There are 16 towns in Binyang County. And Binzhou Town is the location of Binyang County. Village planning for Binzhou Town could be taken as representative to research, which could cover the real situation of other towns. The village planning is studied to provide reference for village planning of formulation work in Binyang County and other villages of Guangxi in future, which makes the village planning more scientific and practical.By studying national conditions, consulting literatures and field research, based on local features, status and planning achievements, implementation strategies for village planning in Binzhou Town were be provided specifically, which would be effective for village planning and management.The main contents of the research were made of following five parts:The first chapter was an introduction. It describes the origin, background, purpose. Then it defines the research object, contents, method and framework.In the second chapter, the general situation survey and existing problems on villages of Binzhou Town were analyzed for village planning research in another section below.The third and fourth chapters were the main parts of this paper. In the second chapter, based on planning achievements of Binzhou Town over the years, problems on village planning and implementation were be analyzed. In the fourth chapter, the improvement strategies of village planning were be researched.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
