Research On The Eco-town & Eco-village Planning Guideline Of Doumen Zhuhai

In recent years, in order to develop the economy, a large-scale construction is carried out in the villages and towns of Doumen, Zhuhai. However, due to a lack of scientific guidelines, the construction activities have long been a trend of disorder, which has caused a serious impact on the natural ecological space of the local villages and towns. Therefore, how to regulate the construction activities and how to improve the local environment is the key content of this paper.In order to solve the above problems, this paper has summarized the relevant research and practice of the eco-town & eco-village at home and abroad, and it summarized the relevant experience. At the same time, the differences and similarities between the eco-village & eco-town planning and the conventional village planning were studied, as the eco-village & eco-town planning and eco-city planning. On this basis, the basic framework of the eco-village & eco-town planning is determined. In addition, this paper has made a comparison of the two basic types of the planning guideline, and compared the different types of guidelines. Through the above research, this paper has construct the general methods of the establishment of the eco-town & eco-village planning guideline, and finally studied the process of the eco-town & eco-village planning guideline of Doumen, Zhuhai.In the process of defining the content of the guideline, this paper mainly took the ecological planning goal as the guidance of research ideas, to make sure that there is a generality about the framework. At the meanwhile, on the study of the derivation of the eco-town & eco-village planning guideline of Doumen, Zhuhai, this paper mainly studied the common problems in the research area, to ensure that the final results are targeted. In addition, the basic idea of "Preliminary study- Current situation investigation and analysis- Guidelines for the preparation of results" in this paper has certain pertinence.
