As an important part of the construction industry, campus buildings contribute to large energy consumption of all kinds, and most colleges still utilize traditional energy statistic management mode in terms of energy management, which hinder the scientific management and energy conservation transformation for campus structures. Therefore, this report established a smart system to monitor energy consumption by organizing an energy consumption monitoring network on the campus. The system can both monitor the energy consumption data in real time and pave the way for green energy saving in colleges.This report firstly explains the background and significance of the research, describes the current situation of energy management systems for college building and the development of domestic and foreign evaluation methods of building energy. Secondly, the design and implementation process of the hardware of the system are given. The hardware aspect includes the choice of networking scheme, the selection and installment of hardware equipment, the classification design of energy consumption, and the method of data collection and transmission issues Thirdly, depending on the determined SBM model based on DEA(data envelopment analysis) and the SBM-based super efficient DEA model, and actual energy consumption data from 18 college buildings, relative energy efficiency of the building was evaluated and sorted and the algorithm is realized through program composition.Finally, the software aspect includes the design, system requirements analysis, system design, database design and system development. The system passed the function test and performance test. Meet the campus energy consumption monitoring system functional requirements and performance requirements.This research is based on data, applied algorithm analysis, with the hard and soft dynamic mastered the energy consumption of campus building.The system is able to check the real-time energy consumption of campus buildings and provide technical support for comprehensively promoting the energy conservation and emission reduction, and the building of standardized energy consumption monitoring system on the campus.
