The situation of water resource shortage is grimin in semi-dry and semi-humid area cities.Urban lake park is a large content of urban water consumption, while the use of rainwater resource in urban lake park is not fully. Use of tap water in parks is a enormous waste while unused rainwater brings waterlogging disaster,water pollution and other problems.This paper studies the actual condition of urban lake park construction in semi-arid and semi-humid areas, puts forward the problem of water resource shortage,immaturity urban park rainwater utilization system,city waterlogging and water pollution.Referring to theories and practice home and abroad about urban lake park construction,this paper studies the theories and engineering technology about urban lake park.,including urban lake park planning and designing theory, low impact development theory, lake water level and water exchange, water purification technology;research on environment characteristics of semi-arid and semi-humid region including climatic characteristics and hydrogeological characteristics by studying the meteorological monitoring data and survey data; using an actual engineering case to explain rainwater system pattern. Put forward the planning and space design method of rainwater system.The research indicates that the construction of urban lake park should highlight the connotation of green space and city drainage, strengthen the function of storage and absorb rainwater, park rainwater system should be combined with the city rainwaterdrainage system to realize rainwater ecological reuse.The basic principles of urban Lake Park rainwater management should be promoting rainwater accumulation, reuse,infiltration, purification, make the hydrological characteristics of rainfall near nature.Rainwater system should take the bioretention facilities, ecological slope,rainwater wetland as the key parts of rainwater management,guarantee the function and considering the environmental characteristics, coordination with the local climate,hydrology and natural environment. When plan and design rainwater system,specific method should accord to local environment, considering the function, ecology, viewing.
