In recent years,with the infrastructure construction of our country on a large scale,the construction industry has been in a stage of rapid development. The emerging of new construction technologies makes up for the shortcomings of traditional building construction. But it is also proposed new requirements for the identification and control of construction hazard.This study compares with and analyses different types of construction safety accidents in 2003-2007 and 2011-2015 two five years in detail. The changes of development of rate and single mortality in different types of accidents are found.Combining with new features of several construction technology, the characteristics of hazard in application of new construction technology are summarized. On this basis,according to the process of construction, the unit of identification of hazard in construction is divided longitudinally in construction process. Besides, the unit is divided transversely by five injury accidents in construction. What’s more, the hazard of construction process is analyzed by fishbone diagram to realize the goal of comprehensive and important identification of hazard in the course of construction.Then it was measured risk by LEC method to conduct hazard evaluation and classification so as to apply to practical engineering cases.It uses system dynamics method to study the control technology of hazard in construction process. Firstly, according to the principle of “3E” that is Enforcement(control of management), Engineering(control of technical) and Education(control of educational), three subsystems are established, which can be used to conduct qualitativeanalysis of various factors in subsystem and to determine the interaction to each other.Secondly, the resource of hazard control is transformed into investment to safety and the output of security(the benefits and impairment essence gain by safety investment) is studied in quantitation that is to quantify the safety benefits. This papers uses simulation system of STELLA to establish simulation model and gets the result of that the output of security in different inputs has positive correlation to each other. Finally, the input of safety and accident rate are analyzed sensitively to obtain accident rate under different security investment in quantitation. And lastly the addition of inputs of security makes a significant reduction of accident rate via this model.
