The construction industry is an important part of our economy, and machinery and electronics, petrochemical, automobile manufacturing tied to our four pillar industries, plays a very important role in the national economy. In today’s information technology development, information technology has become the only way for the construction of the traditional industries, the construction industry with 3D simulation, virtual reality, 4D project management techniques deepening application, construction enterprises of production radical changes will take place, as the basis for these techniques, in-depth application and promotion of BIM technology has become a fundamental way in the construction industry information construction. However, since China began using BIM technology in contact since, BIM application, promotion and development of the construction industry, there are many obstacles and difficulties, the depth and breadth of the construction enterprises’ informatization construction requirements of the application are far apart. In order to make more rapid application of BIM technology into the construction industry, it is necessary to discuss issues related to the application of BIM technology.In this paper, the factors to influence the application of BIM technology building and construction industry as the research object, through investigation, analysis, focusing on the impact of BIM technology itself, the main application of technology BIM, BIM technology and environmental factors and the interaction between using ISM model preliminary analysis of various factors affecting the system level, and then based on this system three subsystems causal analysis, development of causal diagrams and system flow diagrams and create a system dynamics model, the establishment of nine virtual scenarios by modifying the parameters, and use the software vensim modeling, analysis of the availability and effectiveness of the final results of the simulation scenario analysis, the key factor in BIM technology applications, and then gives recommendations to promote the application of BIM technology to promote the application and popularization of BIM in construction enterprises, promote the process of the construction industry information construction.
