| The influencing factors of traffic accidents involve variety of factors: such as people, vehicles, roads and management and other factors. Because of the complexity of the individual differences, the diversity of the road itself, the variability of the environment and other characteristics, Highway traffic safety management is a long-term, arduous, complex and systematic social engineering. So traffic safety management is difficult to refine every aspect, especially the traffic safety management. Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly analyze the causal laws of the accident, find out the internal relationship,analyze the elements of accident chains, explore the intrinsic mechanism,Provide theoretical basis for the traffic safety management policy.This paper finds out the characteristics of highway traffic accidents in Sichuan province through analysis of the statistics of highway traffic accident. The situation of the highway traffic accident in Sichuan Province is knew, and outstanding problems of highway accidents in Sichuan Province are screened.Based on the idea of data reorganization, analysis of accident chain, establishment of model, technical application, the analysis of road traffic accident chain and the technology of safety source early warning, the technology of highwayaccident chains analysis and security source early warning are studied. First of all, the characteristics of highway traffic accidents are analyzed. For the adequacy and reliability of the information, a comprehensive, detailed and accurate accident data are adopted. Upstream information is the daily operation information of traffic accident, and downstream information is concerned with the change of traffic damage after the accident. By analyzing the structure and the evolution process of traffic accident,digging into the characteristics of highway traffic accidents in Sichuan province, providing support for the occurrence of mechanism. Secondly, the analysis and identification of the accident chain is carried out. Based on the theory of accident chain and Petri net, the conditions of the highway traffic accidents are analyzed, and the chain reaction accidents chains model are built, and the application method of the accident chain are put forward.Based on the characteristic analysis of accidents.the potential risk factors of accidents are analyzed by applying accident chain model, which provides a theoretical basis for the safety evaluation management. Besides, the safety evaluation of transport enterprises were realized. According to differences of accident risk factors, selecting risk early warning index,modeling highway traffic accident, establishing the mapping for factors of sudden accident, monitoring the attribute values of factors, achieving safety evaluation of transport enterprises.Finally, the suggestion of highway traffic management and prevention measures were advised. To take measures for prevention and control accident of highway traffic accidents, improve transport enterprise safety through the system construction, strict inspection implementation, the intensity of reward and punishment, software and hardware level of construction and traffic safety research investment efforts. |
