Under the support of a large number of laboratory test work, and according to the relevant research experience at home and abroad, the main research waste crumb rubber and SBS double composite modified asphalt modification mechanism, technical indicators, formulation of raw materials and processing technology, with ratio design method, road performance and physical engineering related situation.Through the analysis of the chemical composition of asphalt and rubber powder, the effect of the rubber powder modified asphalt was analyzed by the combination of the mixing time and the shear temperature.Comprehensive analysis of the foreign rubber powder modified asphalt technical indicators, through the investigation of waste rubber powder modified asphalt and analysis of different dosage of waste rubber powder / SBS compound modified asphalt performance test results, combined with foreign rubber powder modified asphalt index value, and puts forward the study of waste crumb rubber and SBS composite double change of asphalt technical standards.Through the indoor experiment, the effects of different particle size and dosage of rubber powder, SBS dosage, different additives, formulation factors and process conditions waste crumb rubber and SBS composite double change of bitumen index changes and recommended the good performance of crumb rubber and SBS composite modified asphalt formulation and the corresponding technical standards and feasible preparation process is proposed.According to the previous rubber powder modified asphalt mixture research results, combined with asphalt mixture construction technical specification requirements, the pavement ARC-13 waste rubber powder / SBS compound modified technological indexes of asphalt mixture requirements.Through the analysis of the current commonly used asphalt mixture with ratio design method, put forward suitable for waste rubber powder / SBS compound modified asphalt mixture with ratio design method.Through the ARC-13 waste rubber powder / SBS composite double change the performance of asphalt mixture analysis, put forward the corresponding mixture gradation range, and the mixture of the way used to verify the performance.
