The waste rubber powder modified asphalt can improve asphalt pavement performance and can greatly promote the recovery and utilization of waste tires,with the economic and environmental benefits greatly,so this thesis focuses on the following aspects of crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture were studied:First,the analysis of crumb rubber modified asphalt components performance characteristics,through a large number of laboratory tests,summed up by the rubber powder fineness of 60 mesh crumb rubber modified asphalt production technology of rubber powder dosage and best interior;Second,according to the relevant technical indicators at home and abroad and Hebei province climate traffic characteristics,try to put the waste rubber powder is suitable for Hebei Province in the modified asphalt performance evaluation index;Third,using the Marshall test,analyze and summarize the waste rubber powder modified by SMA-13 gradation mix design method of asphalt mixture;Fourth,the SMA-13 of crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture road test showed that with experimental research,performance,by adding crumb rubber,asphalt mixture performance has been significantly improved;Fifth,based on the numerical simulation of rutting test,numerical analysis is used to study on performance of asphalt mixtures was discussed,the results show that the asphalt mixture were analyzed by numerical analysis software,the result has a certain accuracy;...
