This paper discusses the existing buildings in the reinforcement design, how will the damping method and seismic method organically to form new method of reinforcement design of the safety and suitability. In this paper, based on the finite element method is established the 3D model of building structure, discusses the basic assumptions, the model of finite element and material parameters, the size of model, boundary conditions and seismic load shape, through setting isolation layer and the increase of reinforced concrete wall, the simulation system of existing buildings. On the strengthening of existing building reinforcement and reinforced concrete wall and seismic isolation are analyzed, the two methods are compared and Analysis, shear force and story acceleration changes.Through the model analysis, and the related statistical data, draw the following conclusion:(1) In this paper, we can conclude that for the isolation structure the horizontal stiffness is the smaller the more effective; The isolation layer of the damping ratio increases, the relative displacement between the upper structure and foundation is small; The seismic structure as the lateral stiffness increase, the horizontal displacement decrease; This paper calculated that the isolation layer has good ability to absorb the earthquake energy, that means the isolation layer is a good effect on energy dissipation;(2)The isolated structure compared with the seismic structure of horizontal displacement, acceleration, the effect of isolation structure to reduce the torsional are more obvious;(3) Through the analysis concluded that the energy method of isolation layer is calculated as follows: from the energy equation of the deformation of isolation layer were predicted and verified by time-history analysis method to meet the design requirements of nodes and the design of base isolation structure;...
