| With the development of automotive electronics technology, especially the extensive a pplication of network bus communication technology in automotive electronic field, the ele ctronic control unit data exchange as the core of the automobile electronic control technolo gy has evolved to become the basic of bus controller network system.The way to complete the Vehicle Bus testing tasks become OEMs and ECU suppliers need to solve. In this paper, through analysis the traditional testing method, the introduction of automated testing concept, studying based on LabVIEW and Vector tool chain for Vehicle Bus automated testing system, resolved the traditional low test execution efficiency, consistency is poor.The main results of this work and innovation:1.Through the analysis of testing content and process, discusses the current testing method problems and needs, and analysis of a feasibility about the automated testing, and the establishment of a theoretical study of Vehicle Bus automated testing system.2.Discussing the interaction model of automated testing system. According to mission requirements to study the function of the planning system, establish of the functional block model and data transmission method. And applying an external device and CANoe software for simulation and verification the interactive model, to make a foundation of tasks.3.Establish Vehicle Bus automated test systems. By application interaction model, developed a testing systems base on test case script and user interface and interaction model. Accordance with ISO and other standards by an electronic module as experimental models to prove the efficiency and the operating state with the system.4.Verified the Vehicle Bus testing systems. Through the functional verification and taking a electronic control unit as object, verify the operational status and efficiency of the testing system.These researches can improve the efficiency of Vehicle Bus testing. |
