With the improvement of people's living standard, especially the rapid growth of modern industry and science and technology, the per capita ownership of private cars is increasing, and the problem of parking is particularly prominent. In order to solve the parking problem and improve the unit area of land utilization, the state vigorously advocated the contemporary construction of stereo garage, and increased the number of parking unit land area to alleviate parking difficult problem. But designing of stereo garage and which is not a discipline alone that can solve the problem. It includes mechanical, automation, electronics, optics, computer science and other areas of multidisciplinary science and technology, which sets machine,electricity, light, in one. Each subject needs cooperate with each other, and mutual coordination will achieve comprehensive results, which has become one of an important reason for the slow intelligent three-dimensional garage and the progress of the development of the current. Therefore, focusing on the field of measurement and control field, based on automatic test technology, it is imperative to study the reasonable and feasible intelligent measurement and control method of the garage.This paper explored control methods. of aisle stacking parking garage stacker control methods for the downtown area aisle stacking underground parking garage overall monitoring and control program.Giving vehicle storage addressing and positioning method, is given by using infrared transceiver for information collection, and the STC89C52 microcontroller completed stacking addressable positioning control method. To seek for the optimal mode of control, further research using PLC realize stacker trolley control positioning and overrun alarm method, by MCGS configuration software and touch screen control device PLC state, and by means of infrared photoelectric switch, a buzzer, a temperature sensor to achieve stacking and positioning, overrun alarm and control of temperature. In this paper, the access method and the optimization strategy of the vehicle access method and the optimization strategy are studied, and the simulation and analysis of the vehicle access are completed by using the ergodic stationary random process theory and MATLAB software. Using cross comb vehicle access method to realize the vehicle handling, give the mechanical structure of the garage handling mechanism to achieve the program, and the use of SolidWork software to draw the corresponding structure diagram. Control system of thesis aisle stacking parking equipment stacker, involving research work has important practical significance not only to solve the bustling commercial district to achieve rapid stop, alleviate parking difficult issues, and, for small and medium cities in Cold vertical automatic parking technology research and development, popularization will have great role inpromoting.
