This toipc is the production of technical transformation project of a switchgear MFG Co.,Ltd, the purpose is to improve production process to make the parts-molded case circuit breaker(MCCB) arc chamber arcing slice (hereinafter referred to as the arcing slice) can realize the automatic stamping production, so as to improve the production efficiency.In the process of research, I make a comprehensive summary of the key points and difficulties, targated access to a large number of literature, and at the same time I also do full reserch and experimental demonstration.The paper summarizes the arcing slice automatic stamping design work, mainly includes the following work contents:1. According to the domestic and foreign development of automatic stamping technology, I carried out the overall design of automatic stamping on arcing slice.2. I used the modern design technology, pneumatic technolog, to design a material automatic feeding device, to realize the automatic feeding arcing slice stamping parts of raw materials, it is the key to realize the automatic stamping system.3. I used the variable frequency speed control technology, sensor technology, to chang the punch. To realize the control function of the mian drive motor of punch, it can optimize the stamping process; At the same time, to realize the function of real time detection of punch slider position, it is the coordination work interface of the punch and the material automatic feeding device.4. I use the modern mold design method in the design of a multi position progressive die, put the multi-channel single operation die integration in a die stamping process to achieve arcing slice.5. I do reserch on the application of the programmable controller PLC and interface HMI in the automatc stamping technology.After installation and debugging, automatic stamping system is stable and reliable, it can effectively slove the program of low efficiency at the production process of the traditional manual stamping, at the same time, it also reduces the effect of stamping on occupation health and safety of works.
