Molded case circuit breaker is a widely used in industrial and construction of low-voltage power distribution system in the protection of electrical appliances,the protection characteristics are generally delayed protection characteristics,instantaneous protection characteristics and residual current protection.As a branch protection switch in the distribution system,the trip mechanism is the actuator of the protection action.Its mechanical life and related characteristics directly affect the reliability and operation characteristics of the molded case circuit breaker,and then determine the safe operation of the whole distribution system.Therefore,the molded case circuit breaker trip mechanism characteristics and mechanical life testing has great practical significance.In this paper,the mechanical life and the tripping characteristics of CM1 Molded Case Circuit Breaker can be detected at the same time for the action characteristics and reliability of the tripping mechanism of CM1 intelligent molded case circuit breaker and the shortage of existing artificial detection technology.The mechanical life and related characteristic detection device of a molded case circuit breaker trip mchanism are designed.Main research contents:1.Completed the mechanical structure of the device,control circuit hardware and software design.According to the functional requirements and precision requirements of the product reliability test,the design of the mechanical fixture and action mechanism of the reliability test device,the hardware design and software preparation of the control circuit,the mechanical motion simulation and the actual operation of the circuit breaker The adjustable parameters related to the design of a simple and easy to use detection device.In order to verify the rationality of the design model,this paper simulates the operation of the detection device,through the UG model built into the ADAMS simulation software kinematic analysis of the model,obtained force,velocity.displacement and other related parameters of the simulation data and The measured data are compared and verified.2.The dynamic and static characteristics of the tripping actuator are studied.In determining the performance of the circuit breaker,its static characteristics are generally the primary reference,at the same time in order to better reflect the entire circuit breaker its action,we also need to examine the dynamic characteristics,it is dynamic characteristics can react well to the circuit breaker operation.In this paper,a simplified model is introduced into Pro/e to introduce Ansoft simulation software to carry on the dynamic and static simulation to the static circuit breaker tripping actuator,that is to carry on the electromagnetism simulation of the built model in the static magnetic field solver to its static characteristic carries on the simulation,Its magnetic field distribution and magnetic attraction size.The dynamic characteristics of the coil are analyzed under In addition,through the transient magnetic field solver,it can carry out the simulation of the dynamic characteristics of its related to the magnetic field changes,the voltage in the coil size,moving core speed and other parametric data for a detailed analysis and magnetic attraction are analyzed.The influence factors of dynamic characteristics are also analyzed,and the key components in the data model are analyzed.Force,trip time and other transmission changes,to find ways to improve the reliability of tripping action.3.The test of life detection and tripping characteristics of CM1 intelligent molded case circuit breaker is carried out on the device.It shows that the detection system can meet the requirements of test and production,and the efficiency is high and the production cost is saved.
