With the development of ciy infrastructure, the number of the elevator increases a lot. Elevator makes people’s life convenient, while at the same time brings some contradictions and dangerous. At present, most elevators have been incorporated into the monitoring network. With the advanced monitoring methods, the reliability of elevator does improve a lot. The type inspection is used to test the monitoring device before they leaves factory to ensure that the monitoring device can operate steadyly and work safely. Special Equipment Inspection Institute is in charge of this type inspection.The Checkout Room Inspection System is developed for elevator security monitoring products to solve the problems of low efficiency, low resource utilization and inconvenience of information maintenance.The system can help declarers to fill in the inspection sheet, to manage the relevant information, and to pay online. It can also help the staff of Special Equipment Inspection Institute to complete the test quickly and reliably and to give out inspection report.The system can realize the goal of one-click inspection. It Increase the efficiency and quality of the type inspection greatly and makes it more standardization, informationization and automation.Firstly, the background and significant research of Inspection System for elevator security monitoring products are introduced, then funciton modules are divided, use case description and sequence diagram analysis are designed after the requirements analysis of the whole system. After that, the system database is analyzed through the E-R diagram.Secondly, the detailed design and implementation of the front-control-detector are inplemented, including the software and hardware. Then the construction of the hardware platform is done by implementing the detailed hardware circuit design. After that, the software realization of each modle and the user interface design are introduced.Thirdly, this paper implements the overall design and implementation of the Inspection System for elevator security monitoring products which based on B/S. The software system can be devided into two parts, the foreground and the background. The detailed design of each module which implement through the three layer architecture is introduced.Finally, the joint commissioning test of software and hardware is presented. The deailed steps for monitoring device test with the system are given. Through testing results, the basic function of the system meets the designed objectives. A brief summarize of the main work of this paper is made and the further improvement of this System is raised according to the existing problems.
