Research On The Protection Planning Of Historic Districts In The Micro-Renovation Mode Of Environment

Historical Area is an important part of urban history and culture of the city, they play the important role of urban characteristics. With the urban Incremental planning turns into Inventory planning, urban economic growth and the city’s historical culture presentation will more depend on historical districts. But in reality, lots of historical districts face more issues such as developmental damage and over-commercialization and social structural damage and other problems. Disconnection between theory and practice ofhictorical protection as well as the missing items content are exposed.This article takes Nanjing origin historical area as an excemple, this study tries to answers to the questions:How can we build a mechanism to avoid the historic environment destruction in urban renewal? On the basis of analyzing revelvant concepts as well as the domestic and foreign researches, thesis analy the environment Renewal design of the historical districts and other related theories. Combined with the complex problems existing in the historic area, finally construct Historical Area Protection system in the Micro-renovation mode of the environment. This system reflects cultural values and help to open the environmental factors to the city space. Use "the city museum" way to show the location unique historical and cultural information. The frame is composed of four parts: theoretical analys, system construction, protection and update policies and empirical research.Part 1:Theory research will expound the background the significance of this research, term the key concepts, sort out related studies both home and the abroad, and put forward the framework of the research. Based on the environmental elements in the historical environment to shape the role and the function of the theory and the practice of cohesion, construct the Micro-renovation mode of the environment.Part 2:System of "Environmental Micro Updates" Constructed for further study, Chapter 2 reaches principles and content, and Historical Area environmental factors, contains "protect" elements, "activation" elements and "Update" elements.Partr 3:The third section presents the material and cultural resource protection and utilization of intangible cultural resource protection and display, environmental micro-renovation policies and cultural protection and representation. Develop guiding principles and methods of seven elements micro-renovation, which includs street node, streets greening, municipal facilities, street lighting and other environmental features.Finally, take the general historical district of Nanjing Taogu Xincun as an example, to explore and research the Conservation Planning, this chapter digs into the dynamic mechanism and practice evaluation of environmental micro-renovation, and put forward an optimization strategy.
