| The historical district witnessed the history of a city and its cultural value.It used its unique sense of place to present the city’s material and non-material long history and culture.Many cities have caused great damage to the old city because of the economic development at the beginning of construction.In addition,with the aging of the material structure of the old city,the protection of historical blocks is particularly important.In recent years,relevant departments and relevant personnel in China have made great achievements in the protection and renewal of historical blocks,but in general,China is still at the stage of learning and exploration in this respect.As a former colonial city,Qingdao has a colonial color.Its unique historical color and humanistic style are the city’s resounding business cards.There are many districts in Qingdao with a long history,and the quality of the current situation is good.Therefore,a considerable number of historical blocks are included in the protection of Qingdao’s historical and cultural cities.Qingdao Guanhaishan Historical and Cultural District is one of them.Guanhaishan Historical and Cultural Street was once the political and economic center of Qingdao’s colonial period.It is one of the most unique historical districts in Qingdao.Compared with other neighborhoods in Qingdao,it not only has a unique geographical location,but also includes the German rent period.In the period of the Republic of China,the Republic of China,the Republic of China,and the modern style of architecture,in addition,the area had been planned before construction,which was a very advanced urban construction method in China at that time.However,with the development of the city,the neighborhood gradually lost its vitality.The Guanhaishan historical and cultural district is strategically located,and most of the buildings in the district are historical buildings,but due to years of disrepair,or changes in the nature and use of the buildings,or because of the random construction and renovation of the users,the buildings in the district have appeared.With varying degrees of damage,the overall space environment of the street is also ruined due to improper construction and improper maintenance.This paper takes Qingdao Guanhaishan Historical and Cultural Street as the research object,sorts out its historical evolution and development of the block,and conducts detailed field research on the historical and cultural values,natural environment,human environment,street status and building status of the block.The road traffic,business distribution,block structure,population status,surrounding environment and policies in the block area analyze the types and causes of the decline of the block,and point out the landscape advantages,location advantages,economic advantages and historical and cultural advantages of the block.Based on this,this paper draws on the advanced experience of the successful rejuvenation of historical and cultural blocks at home and abroad,and proposes the principles and methods of transformation from the two levels of urban design and architectural design,and clarifies the development orientation of the block,from blocks,roads,courtyards,At different levels,such as architecture,it provides the overall development of the Guanhaishan historical and cultural district,the development of the district’s central highlights,the adjustment of the block structure,the progressive creation of slow-moving blocks,the renovation of public spaces in the block,the protection of historical buildings,and the improvement of block tourism.Facing the system and system,enhancing the sense of citizen participation,and revitalizing the nine aspects of rational use of new technologies,and under the guidance of the theory,the actual design of the site planning,road traffic,architecture and landscape of Guanhaishan historical and cultural blocks was carried out.It will provide ideas for the rejuvenation of the historical and cultural blocks of Guanhai Mountain in Qingdao in the future,and also provide some reference for the revitalization of the existing characteristic historical districts. |
