Multi functional ECG monitor as the medical field a necessary life support equipment,judgment and treatment of cardiovascular diseases provide the basis also is monitoring the patient vital signs of a medical instrument. Traditional multi functional ECG monitor huge volume, only in the bed is not convenient for moving and disperse in each hospital ward,not conducive to the realtime inspection of medical staff, but also to the patients causing distress. Therefore, to pursue new telemedicine center monitoring system design, help remote medical staff focus on more than the patient’s life refers to the intrinsic parameters,not only can reduce the hospital medical staff return to room of various diseases and reduce the workload of hospital personnel cost, but also to focus on care observation more than inpatients, convenient for doctors and nurses were observed at any time by monitoring the condition of bed patients and give timely medical treatment.In this paper, we combine modern telemedicine center monitoring system design idea,also in order to reduce the work intensity of the medical personnel, medical personnel in the central monitoring station can real-time understanding of disease development goals,the use of electronic information and communication technology, the completion of a theory of the telemedicine center monitoring system.In this paper, the composition of the monitoring system is described in detail in five parts. In the first part are introduced in detail the system’s overall research background and design thought, and domestic and foreign current monitor system development present situation, establishing the central research system mainly solves the problems include: 1,how to choose the one suitable for our hospital anti-interference ability, low cost, small power consumption scheme. 2, combined with the choice of how to select the hardware circuit design and software design. In the second part, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of GPS network, wireless local area network, serial bus, etc. in real-time monitoring and other aspects, we finally establish a serial bus design suitable for our application. By total design framework is composed of an information acquisition module,serial data bus and the remote medical central monitoring station of a third part, and compares the three single chip power consumption value, low costs and other aspects of the advantages and disadvantages, and finally establish the ultra low power MSP430 MCU as mining the core collection module. And the choice of the corresponding sensors such as ECG, blood oxygen saturation and pulse were selected. In the key introduced after vital signs collection module design at the beginning of this paper, we elaborated the serial communication protocol and how to achieve serial communication bus. At the end of the article, the article explains how to use the software to monitor the patient’s information inreal time through all kinds of interrupt instructions, and write some programs.
