Risk Assessment And Management Research For Alcoa Bohai CLL Project

Project has more characteristics of a project with large investment, long construction period, construction technology of complex and participate in the party from feasibility research, design, construction to completion acceptance of the lifecycle, the influence of natural and social environment in the whole construction process is regulated by a complex, there are many uncertain factors, inevitably will interference project schedule, quality and cost control, often the smooth realization of the project objective. Through effective risk identification, risk assessment, and put forward the targeted risk response measures, is to promote the project’s basic and security work. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to and strengthen risk management in the construction project.The paper summarized the domestic and international risk management in project management, content and research methods, combined with project risk management curremt status of Alcoa Bohai Company, leading the CLL project of Alcoa Bohai as the research object, using the expert investigation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to project risk assessment of CLL. Analysising the risk assessment results of CLL project and Alcoa Bohai’s existing risk assessment models, and listed problems, then address specific problems with in-depth analysis of the reasons. Not only focused on CLL project risk and put forward corresponding countermeasures, but also proposed the corresponding countermeasures for deficiencies in management of Alcoa Bohai Project risk management, provides some lessons for risk management of similar projects.
