Rolling bearing is one of the most widely used mechanical transmission parts. With the rapid development of social modernization and in the manufacture of special equipment people of mechanical transmission mechanism can achieve the effect of demand is more and more complicated. Therefore, in design and production of rolling bearings set new standards to meet new conditions of use.At present, the researchers caused by the big particles in lubricating oil for rolling bearing related effects done a lot of research, and the service life of the bearing in the design of production or in the calculation of bearing, fully consider the problem, including the selection of lubrication, improve the lubrication oil standard, in the life formula add special coefficient. However in the relevant research on micro particles in lubricating oil by the performance of bearing effect, because only in tiny particles of lubricating oil changed the concentration of lubricating oil, lubricating oil and then brought to the change of the concentration of the influence on the bearing performance is also analysed a small amount of research and analysis. Other aspects are not many. Therefore, most of the current relevant fluid dynamics research is the use of FLUENT software in the ANSYS fluid analysis module for simulation analysis, to simulate the relevant physical experiment for a variety of fluid analysis. In this paper, we use the under ANSYS Workbench environment fluent fluid analysis software to establish the appropriate rolling body lubricating oil fluid model, for multiphase flow simulation analysis, of bearing rolling body caused by the effect of small particles in lubricating oil.
