| Gears are the basic parts for transmitting power and movement,that are widely used in the field of construction machinery.With the development of science and technology,gears need to face more and more special working conditions such as small space,dust,humidity,corrosion,high temperature,low speed and high load,which makes gear lubrication very difficult.In order to solve the lubrication problem of gears under special working conditions,according to the characteristics that it is difficult to obtain effective lubrication and wear,combined with the good friction reducing,adhesion performance and surface texture of graphite based solid lubricating materials,the design idea of solid inlaid self-lubricating gears is proposed.Firstly,the concept model of solid inlaid self-lubricating gear is proposed.The surface texture with the function of reducing friction and storing is designed and processed in the gear meshing area,and the solid lubricating material is filled in it.During the gear working process,the solid lubricating material on the tooth surface is gradually consumed.At this time,the solid lubricating material stored in the texture can be continuously added to the tooth surface due to heat expansion and extrusion,so that the friction always occurs in the lubrication film,Extend the lubrication time.Secondly,based on the design concept,the design of solid inlaid self-lubricating gear is divided into two parts: the optimization of engineering surface and the design of textured surface.With the help of fractal theory,the two-dimensional profile and threedimensional morphology of the surface after flat grinding,grinding and electrochemical finishing are reconstructed.Combined with Hertz theory and Albert curve,it is concluded that electrochemical finishing has the effect of surface modification,and the obtained surface has better wear resistance and contact performance than the other two,It can also strengthen the lubrication effect of solid lubrication.According to Hertz theory,the type of textured surface structure unit is selected as micro pit type,and the parameters involved in the design process are summarized,so as to realize the parametric design of micro pit texture.The design concepts of irregular and regular micro pit texture are proposed.Combined with simulation analysis,it is concluded that the texture uniformity of irregular micro pit is relatively high,and in the process of gear contact,the deformation is smaller,the movement is more stable,and the lubrication on the tooth surface is more uniform.Finally,the lubrication mechanism of solid inlaid self-lubricating gear is explored.In order to better study the mechanism of textured surface,the gear meshing model is reasonably simplified,and the EDM with relatively high accuracy and strong practicability is selected to prepare the samples,The mechanism of friction reduction and lubrication of solid inlaid self-lubricating gear is obtained: the supplement of micro pits to solid lubricant and the accommodation of micro pits to abrasive particles. |
