Metro project is a large systems engineering, collected with various professional field and several types of work. Its characteristic is unique and different from the general project: involving a wide range of professional, large amounts investment, long construction period, high risk of construction safety, etc. The paper researches on Wulongjiang tunnel in Fuzhou metro. The tunnel is long and under Wulongjiang. The strata the tunnel goes through has bad stability. It has a high risk of gushing water and sand, collapsed. It’s very difficult to construct. The tunnel is located in business district and living area. The construction has a great impact on the surrounding environment and people’s living. Facing this complex engineering, a scientific construction scheme decision model should be established to provide a reasonable construction scheme. This can effectively improve the economic and social benefits of the project. The research is value and significant.Considering the characteristics of metro tunnel construction project, the paper applies network planning technology, fuzzy comprehensive optimization, Genetic Algorithm, BIM and other integrated optimization techniques to construction scheme optimization and build the fuzzy group decision model of construction schemes optimization, considering time, cost, quality, safety and environment protection. Fuzzy comprehensive optimization and Genetic Algorithms are used in solving the model. The best construction scheme with the combination of time, cost, quality, safety and environment is obtained. The paper uses BIM technology to simulate alternative key process. The engineering construction is showed visually and dynamic. A more intuitive and visual comparison basis is provided to construction program comparing. Finally the optimal scheme comprehensively considering time, cost, quality, safety and environment, is gotten. During the, BIM, PDCA cycle, dynamic optimization management and other methods are used to control and optimize the construction process timely dynamically and visually. The construction program can be adjusted and optimized in time to ensure the realization of the target of the construction scheme optimization.
