Power communication network is the nervous system of network information and intelligentize, the highly efficiency of power communication network can directly affects the safe and stable operation of the grid data,voice and multimedia services. However, there are disadvantages of the construction work in the early stage, such as lack of bandwidth,small-particles service, unreasonable network planning, which makes unreasonable use of resources, or poor definition in different types of business channel. All these questions have brought great pressure on operation and maintenance. Considering the needs of intelligent grid construction, the efficiency planning and constitutes of power communication network is an important subject of smart grid.This paper describes the grid data, voice and multiedia business models, business security level, bearer service channels, business flow. Considering the difficulties in regional power transmission network operation, it presents two schemes: first is putting forward the ASON and SDH hybrid network which bases on ASON core layer technology, second is proposing the flow channel slot of organizing principle bases on the characteristics of business service, in this way it can solve the unfavorable situation in various current network and satisfy the needs of controllable and efficient operation of electricity transmission network. Combining with Huizhou power transmission network optimization, the research results will apply to engineering practice,evaluating and analyzing the before and after optimized network, the redundancy and higher-order path payload complexity. The comparison result proves that this planning scheme can guarantee clear electricity business channel rout, which improves the quality of transmission network in responsing to the business system requirements.
