| Power grid differential planning is a new concept of grid planning. It maximize the overall power level of disaster tolerance by improving part of power component design standards, and as an important part of smart grid, its essence is to build the minimum backbone of gird in disaster. Previous methods of component importance assessment are based on network structure, but the important of component is not only related with the network structure but also with the capacity and degree for the grid. So a new assessment component importance method is proposed based on network structure and load in this paper, and the minimum backbone frame is construct then differential planning is finished. Firstly, analyzing the concept and difficult of gird differential planning, pointing out the essence of it is to build a backbone grid which containing all important component, so a method of gird differential planning based on complex network theory is proposed. Secondly, load is detailed classified and the topological model of power grid is established, then the indicators for evaluating important node and line are proposed. Finally, concluding the concept and building approach of construct strong grid and important load strong grid, the smallest backbone transmission network is construct on basis of it. A regional power grid is analyzed with the proposed algorithm, the results show that the important degree indicators defined in the paper and backbone constructing approach is realistic. It verifies the proposed differential planning method is reasonable and effective. |
