With the continued breakthroughs of Chinese aerospace technology and the period space mission increasing, real-time automatic alarm system of biological hazards has become very necessary in Space Application Program. The key component of this system is the micro-detector of biological nucleic acid fluorescent spectrum. Traditional photoelectric detector can’t be implanted in chip for its large size or low sensitivity. Aspheric micro-lens molded on needing position has properties of high-precision coincidence of beam axis and good appearance. It also can increase the photonic collection efficiency and enhances the sensitivity of fluorescence detection in micro-detector of fluorescent.Using the micro-lens, molded on needing position, we need resolve the technical problems on shape of aspheric curvature and dimensional accuracy of micro-lens for heterogeneous solidification, difference of surface shrinkage tension and difference of contact angle specificity.In view of the above question, this paper launches the following research:(1) In view of the technical requirements of aspheric surface of micro-lens molded on needing place. We propose a real time monitoring and quality control system. It can change the surface profile of transparent droplets and optimize the curvature and dimensional accuracy of micro-lens by change the air flow on droplets surface.(2) We researched the software and hardware of the real-time monitoring and quality control system. We used STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor based on ARM kernel and UCOS-II to develop the software and hardware and make the resistive touch panel of TFT-LCD as interactive display and control interface. This system can make work platform rotate and move along x axis and y axis, control air-flow and air pressure in nine vent of the ejector and collect the information of gas pressure. Besides, we made circuit boards of the system.(3)We studied of the light gathering ability of optical lens, molded on needing place. By adopting formula of Laplace and Young and the basic principles of geometrical Optics, we derived ray tracking equations of stimulating micro-lens and detecting micro-lens and calculated distributed probabilities of illumination points of the optic micro-lens. Corresponding distributed curves were given. Experiment results indicate that decreasing contact angle between optic glue and glass can increase shape parameter of micro-lens and provide an advantage to increasing the photonic gather efficiency of stimulating micro-lens and the photonic collection efficiency of detecting micro-lens.
