The requirement for the function of the liquid carrier system is increasingly enhanced, so the tank must be carry large amount of liquid. For instance, the transportation capability of aircraft and liquid cargo ship is become larger. So the designer should design tank which have a high capability to carry tremendous amount of liquid. In the circumstance of high carry capability, the sloshing liquid would have a severe impact on the tank and the system when the tank suffer external load. The sloshing liquid would damage the structure of tank and system, and the change of the gravity center of liquid would affect the gravity center of the system that would influence the stability of system. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the liquid sloshing law, preview the damage that sloshing liquid impart on the tank and find useful way to suppress the liquid sloshing.The SPH(smoothed particle hydrodynamics) method is the numerical method which was widely used to solve the fluid dynamics problem. With the deep study to SHP method, this paper applied it to solve liquid sloshing problems such as, linear and nonlinear phenomenon, impact load to the tank, the changes of gravity center of liquid and the changes of free surface. According to the factor affected liquid sloshing, designed the one of freedom liquid sloshing experiment platform which used to test the influence of every factor to the liquid sloshing. Through the experiment, obtained the severest sloshing case and phenomenon and data in this case such as, smash and turnover, the law of the impact load and the changes of free surface. In the same times, this paper also implement numerical method to analyze the influence of factor to the liquid sloshing. The numerical method obtain the accordance results with the experiment method, which include the sever sloshing case and the sloshing phenomenon including the impact loading, the changes of free surface and so on. Moreover, the numerical method could obtain the gravity center of liquid and the impact loading the whole tank suffered which all of them are couldn’t obtained by the experiment method. Inclusion both numerical and experimental results the same conclusion that in the low depth the changes of gravity center have severe impact on the gravity center of system and in the high depth circumstance the impact loading have severe impact on the structure.In this paper, the SPH method is used to analyzed the influence of sloshing fuel to the elastic aircraft tank which suffer two kinds of external excitation. It conclude the relationship between the changes of free surface and the changes of gravity center of sloshing liquid. It also conclude that the aircraft tank suffered impact load and its effect to the plane, as well as the stress station of the aircraft wing. All of the results are concern with the external loading. According to the principle of anti-sloshing and the influence of sloshing fuel to the tank,this paper designs two kinds sloshing damping baffle. One is the crosswise baffle, another is the lengthways baffle. When the tank was equipped to this two kinds baffle, the changes of the gravity center of the sloshing liquid would decrease, and the impact load tank suffered would be different. With the damping baffle changed, the changes of gravity center and the impact load would become smaller. Therefore, the damping baffle could improve the safety and stability of the system.
